Genodix Drug Wins Sutton Prize
It was announced today that the Genodix anti-depressant Emiprizol was chosen as "Best Drug in Class" by the Sutton Neurological Society. The Sutton award is given annually to the pharmacological treatment which viewed as having made the most significant impact on a neurological disorder. The Sutton committee cited Emiprizol's "remarkably low side-effect occurrence" as well as its "broadly effective treatment across multiple severities of depressive and anxiety disorders" as among the major reasons for giving choosing Emiprizol as the 2003 winner.
