Key Genodix Officers Resign

Two prominent officers at Genodix, Inc., William Genter, the Chief Executive Officer, and Carl Pauling, the Chief Scientific Officer, have resigned. In a joint letter to shareholders, they explained their sudden departure. "I have felt a strong push towards spending more time with my family", states Genter. Pauling cited a desire to move away from commercial science, and has accepted a position at Golden Farms, a small anti-aging health spa in North Dakota.

On a completely unrelated note, the allegations of stock fraud that have been made against William Genter and Carl Pauling, and the suit pursued by the San Francisco office of Lerach Coughlin Stoia & Robbins, are strenuously denied by Genodix.
