Genodix Treatments for Obesity

With Ketazid, Genodix has opened the door once again leveraged the information of the human genome to discover a novel therapy to a disease affecting millions worldwide. Through careful study of the genomic differences between populations predisposed to lipid storage and those who are not, renown Genodix researcher (and current chair of scientific research) Carl Pauling discovered multiple enzyme targets in disrupting the chemical steps used by the body to store lipids as body fat. Ketazid blocks one of the ketone-specific steps in lipid storage, effectively halting the body's ability to store fats. In clinical trials using a population of the morbidly obese, patients were able to rapidly reduce their total body fat percentage when combining Ketazid with dietary modifications. Ketazid represents a revolutionary new way to treat obesity, however significant side effects can occur and it should not be taken without the supervision of a physician.

Among currently available appetite supressants, Crenalis is in a class of its own. Its specificity to receptors located only in the brain's hypothalamus results in an appetite suppressant without the anxiety, sleep disorders, or "jitters" associated with other appetite supressants. Crenalis is extremely potent, with an effective serum half-life of over 10 hours, and should only be used under the strict supervision of a physician with experience in weight and diet disorders.

Lipids cannot be stored as body fat if they aren't first absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. Such is the philosophy which motivated the development of Wesparon. Clinical studies have shown the use of Wesparon reduces the absorbtion of fatty acids by fifty to eighty percent.
